30-Day Return Policy: We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions: To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return request.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@thesmartknives.com to initiate the return process. Please provide the specific product details and the reason for the return. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, kindly include a clear and high-resolution image description.
  2. Our customer support team will respond to your email within two business days. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send the package. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  3. After shipping the product back to us, please email the order number and the tracking information of the returned package to support@thesmartknives.com for reference and smoother processing.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will contact you to confirm the desired product for exchange and the shipping address. The exchanged item will be promptly shipped to you within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Cost:

  • For non-quality-related returns: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please consult the chosen courier for accurate fee calculation.
  • For quality-related issues or incorrect products sent by our mistake: Once we verify the evidence provided, we will either resend the correct item or issue a refund. In such cases, you will not be charged for return shipping, and we will cover the cost of return shipment.

  • Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after the 30-day period has expired.
